These are the standard Homeowners Booklets that are required to be provided from the seller to the buyer.

If the Listing Agent does not provide these items the TC Department will request and provide the necessary receipts to ensure our file is compliant.

For our Listings, the TC Department will include this CIA in the disclosure packet.

The Consumer Information Acknowledgement (CIA) is a one page disclosure that confirms that the seller and buyer have received and reviewed the provided Homeowner's Combined Information Guides booklet and Links.
