• The Listing Agent will negotiate, prepare and draft the RRRR.

• The TC Department will send for signatures only if the agent requests it. Otherwise it's the agent's responsibility.

• Any agreed CREDITS mentioned on the RRRR require a separate addendum (CAR form ADM) to be provided to Escrow and the Lender.
