TEAM LEAD PROCEDURES
Inbound Lead Procedure CTEST: call, text from Followup Boss, email fromFollowup Boss, set them up on a search in Ylopo, create a task to either follow up, nurture, or get in touch.
New Inbound Leads - IMMEDIATELY (within 5 seconds of receiving lead)
Call them from your cell phone - if no answer, call again, if no answer, call again.
All 3 calls should be immediately back to back. - Don’t leave any voicemails. This is called WAR dialing.
If no answer, don't leave voicemail.

Regardless of if they answer or not:
Set them up on a home search for the ENTIRE zip code in which they are searching. Narrow the search to their preferred criteria based on their preferences (only AFTER speaking with them). Set the frequency to daily.
If they DO NOT answer:
Set a task to follow up with the same set of procedures for 9 more consecutive days (10 days of awesomeness). Set them up on a broad search so it emails them daily.
If they DO answer:
Set an appointment to meet
If no appointment is set:
Set a task or campaign to continuously follow up with and nurture the lead.
