Follow Up Boss Deal Creation
A “Deal” in Follow Up Boss (FUB) is the foundation of your pipeline.
When do you create a deal? Create a deal with the first substantive discussion with a lead that they want to buy or sell. This will transfer to SISU and be added to your pipeline in SISU for you to see opportunities, potential income and who to focus on.
Tips:
For a buyer, initially name the “Deal” the client’s name. Something like “Jane and John Doe’s Purchase”
Upon getting the buyer under contract, change the deal name to the full address like “1313 14th St NW #823, Washington, DC 20001”
Confirm Buyer or Seller is correct and status.
1. Open Lead in FUB
2. Add a “Deal” with the blue + button
3. Name the deal, select Buyer or Seller, select status, add approximate price and potential GCI.
4. Leave Close Date blank until the deal is under contract and an actual closing date is determined.
5. FUB is Integrated with Sisu and the transaction will automatically show in transactions in Sisu
6. Log into Sisu.co and click on Transactions Tab (2 arrows in a circle)
