How Leads Are Distributed
Text to your phone based on an algorithm that ranks you against other agents in your area. Leads come in one of two ways:
Text messages to claim an available referral in AgentDash
Messages can come from (573) 345-2424, (573) 345-2112 or (573) 203-0722
Phone calls directly from one of our Realty Coordinators
They will call from either (800) 985-5723 or (573) 445-3510
*Add the numbers as a contact in your phone and select a different ringtone so you know it’s Veterans United Realty texting or calling regarding a referral.
Things to improve your score:
1. Conversion. Attachment of lead to you to closing.
2. Customer service rating. Surveys sent out to clients post closing.
3. Updating your Agent Dash. Add to your google calendar to update your Agent Dash 3x a week.

Statuses in Agent Dash
Search on Hold- 6 months or more out. Make sure to keep in touch with the client. When the client is ready to buy, email Hannah to send the client back to your Agent Dash.
No longer purchasing- using another agent, or not purchasing
