• The Buyer's Agent will prepare the Request for Repairs (RR).

• The TC Department will not draft or prepare the Request for Repairs however they will send the RR for signatures if the agent requests. Otherwise it's the agent's responsibility to prepare and provide the RR form to the Listing Agent and TC Department.

• Any agreed CREDITS mentioned on the RR require a separate addendum (CAR form ADM) to be provided to Escrow and the Lender.

**Note if the text entered in the RR exceeds the character amount, SkySlope Forms will automatically add a Text Overflow Addendum for you. See attached RR for reference.**
